Paris is Always a Good Idea

Hello!
As October comes to an end, I have been reflecting on how busy this month has been. I kicked off my October with five days in France, which is what the whole post will highlight. The next five days were spent in Ireland (see here). I returned to London only to go to Ely the next weekend and then Bath this past weekend. I am exhausted, to say the least, but excited to spend my Halloween in London! I hope you enjoy these photos and little stories :)
Me in front of the Arc de Triumph :)

My friends Michelle and Sarah and I spent the day in Versailles one day. It was so grand!
Here is Michelle hitting my friend Ahmad... I don't remember exactly why but he definitely deserved it.
Me, Ahmad, Michelle, & Sarah making fun of people who do this in pictures... we call it "vagina star". It became our favorite pose because it's so ridiculous.
The best photo ever taken.

Ahmad, me, and Ron :)
We spent one lovely afternoon in the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery to see the graves of Edith Piaf, Jim Morrison (shown below), and Oscar Wilde (shown above).
In the metro chilling in some very comfy seats!

We were walking to Notre Dame when I heard some Irish music. I looked around and spotted this street performer, Rob, playing on his fiddle. I went up to him and said, "I'm an Irish dancer, I heard the music and freaked out" :) He insisted that I dance for him and so I did a treble reel and we got quite a crowd. He was so lovely. He had just moved to Paris from Dublin.
 At Notre Dame :)
I took over 3000 photos my entire Fall Break so these are just some of my favorites.
I hope you enjoyed :) I am so happy that I have the opportunity to travel whilst I study abroad in England. I am so excited because I am going to Amsterdam for my birthday in a couple weeks! A post will definitely be made on that.
Have you been to any of these places?

Autumn Colorful Nature

Colorful Nature

I adore the fall & I can't stop making Polyvore inspiration sets. It's unhealthy. I love this look and I think the orange shoes, paired with a bold orange lip, are the proper pops of color for the season in this classy and comfortable outfit :)
What do you think? Would you be bold enough to pull off an orange lip and/or orange shoes?

Update | Galway Adventures

Hello everyone!
Man have I been busy. I thought that when I came to England I would do more posts than usual because I would have more free time being away from my university, but the exact opposite has happened. I am going to try and update you with what's been going on in my life and hopefully do some interesting posts soon, as I have much to talk about :)

This first update post will be on my Fall Break adventures! I spent five days in Paris and Versailles, France and five days in Galway and Ballina, Ireland. Although the first part of my break was in France, I am going to start off with my Irish experiences. I hope you enjoy the photos!
This is one of my high school best friends, Mary Gael. She is a very clever and witty writer so check out her blog nightingael
This is me and Mary Gael with our lovely best friend Mary Ellen (who I have known since I was 5) who is the one studying in Galway. It was her 21st birthday weekend which we called MELLENPALOOZA which then became MELLENPALOSEYOURSELF. We certainly lost ourselves a couple nights ;)
We then went to the market on Saturday morning and the colors were absolutely breathtaking!
So... MELLENPALOSEYOURSELF meant that we went out every single night...
We survived... that's all I really want to say on this blog... hehe ;)
This is Sinead from Dreaming Again. We did a meet up and I was so thrilled to meet her! We went to a cute cafe along the river for a chat and then went to the Claddagh to see the beautiful view. Sinead is so lovely and I couldn't believe I was seeing her in person after following and reading her blog for the past year and a half.
So I had one of the best times of my entire life and the memories I made will stay with me forever!

Here is an inspired look for this fall. I have been loving my tall pair of boots paired with a cute skater dress and either a comfy sweater of nice shirt with cardi. What's your fall fashion look?

New Bits from Boots

So when I was in Galway this past weekend, I desperately needed to pick up a few quick makeup essentials. I am running out of my Nars Creamy Concealer so I needed a cheap in between until I can get another one. I have heard so many good things about the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer so I purchased that... and let me saw I really am loving it! Next was the need for a temporary foundation because my Revlon Colorstay 24 Hour bottle broke and spilled all over my plastic bag I luckily place it in when traveling to Paris last week. So I saw the Natural Collection was having a 2 for 1 deal and got the ShineAway Foundation and then a powder to go with it. Honestly, neither are my favorite but they will tide me over. Finally, the most exciting part of my purchases in my opinion is the SuperCat Carbon Black Extreme Eyeliner Pen by Soap & Glory. I am in love with this. It has made my eyeliner look flawless, especially my cat flicks.

Do you have any of these products or have a recommendation for something better? Let me know!

I have been traveling like crazy lately so I apologize for my absence. For my fall break, I went to Paris & Versailles, France for 5 days and then Galway & Ballina, Ireland for 5 days. I met up with a lovely blogger, shopped, took almost 1300 photos, and ate & drank lots! Stay tuned for posts on all of that soon :)
