Ugh Computer Problems!

Hello there!

 So, I have been so frustrated lately because I have been unable to post on my blog due to a keyboard issue I've been having with my MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, it is going to be a few more days until I can get some posts up. I have so much in store and I am very anxious to post but I can't until I have my computer back :( I am currently writing this on my iPhone and it is quite difficult. Anyway, I'm staying positive and hoping to update within the next few days. 

 Get excited for a Monthly Favorites which I have been working on, a Dorm Tour, maybe a campus tour of some cool places in my college, a haul from LUSH, and maybe just a lifestyle photo post! 

 I hope you all are well! Good luck to all who are starting back at school :)

SO, after over a week of not having my laptop to be able to blog on, I finally have it returned and fixed! I am so relieved and now without further ado, here are all of monthly favorites from August, starting with the beauty products and a book: - Philosophy's Purity Facial Cleanser is amazing! I used it for about three weeks with the Clarisonic and now that I am at college again (without my mother's Clarisonic), I have been using it just by itself. As I work it into a lather, I can feel my skin being refreshed. Flower Love

My little sister Mary, who is almost 13, makes headbands, bows, and clips for her hair out of cut material from old shirts and cheap fake flowers from the store... and they are amazing !! She is already a beauty/fashion guru in the making. I feel so inspired by her to be more creative with styling my hair, while saving a bit of money :) So here are some photos of her clips and headbands: Flower Love was inspired by a photo we saw on Pinterest*. She immediately wanted to recreate the look with a fishtail braid when we saw it because she just bought some daisies that looked quite similar. Here's me casually sitting in some grass modeling her work... (Secret: I was actually wearing boxer shorts underneath this dress and a car filled with attractive guys  drove by... I was kind of maybe a bit mortified because when standing you could definitely see the boxers. Needless to say, we ran and hid). Hello there!  Here is the music I have been loving this month. I have been listening to a lot of indie rock and alternative bands lately. If you haven't heard of some of these, check them out and let me know what you think! Ellie Goulding - I am assuming that anyone who hasn't been living underneath a rock has heard of my girl Ellie. She has been my favorite singer for the past five years and I can't believe how big she has gotten! Her music is so inspiring, beautiful, and exciting. She keeps cranking out new music and it is so incredible. Here are three of her latest singles: Burn You My Everything Ritual American Authors - I have been listening to them on repeat.
