Monthly Favorites | March & April
Hello everybody! It seems like it has been ages since I did a favorites post. I decided to combine last month with this month, even though it is only half way through April. I have several sections of favorites for you.
The first category is Makeup!
The first category is Makeup!
My current foundation is this Covergirl Clean for Sensitive Skin in Ivory. Now, I actually do not have sensitive skin but I purchased this thinking it might be a good investment for days when I am particularly broken out. It has become my regular foundation now and I have really been liking it :) On top of my foundation, I have been using either my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer or my Smashbox Concealer. I then spray my Urban Decay DeSlick Setting Spray. On top of that, I have my next favorite which is my Nars Pressed Powder in the lightest tone they have, Flesh. On top of that, I put my next favorite - my Bobbi Brown Blush in Pretty Pink. I find this sequence in my daily beauty routine has been giving me great results and I really love the shade of this blush.

I ususally don't stick to a certain type of deodorant; however, the Dove Advanced Care Cucumber scent is probably my favorite one out there. They just came out with the Advanced Care line and I really think it is longer lasting. I will definitely keep purchasing this one!
My new eye cream is the First Aid Beuaty 5 in 1 Age Delay Eye Cream. I have been using this for about two weeks now and I feel like it is doing its job well. My last eye cream was a sample size of the Laura Mercier Eye Cream that is like $70-$90 in real size. It was great and lasted me about a month and a half of almost everyday usage. But now, for only $30, I have an eye cream that is effective and just as good, if not better!
The last one are my eye drops. I have to mention them because they are amazing. It is the Visine Advanced Redness and Irritation Relief. I have very sensitive eyes and have been having some problems with them for the past year. I find that these drops are soothing, reduce the redness, and just overall a staple for me to have at all times. They also re-wet my contacts if they feel dried out.
Next category is FOOD!!!
Two of my favorite edible items at the moment are Madhava Agave Nectar and Sahale Snacks, especially this one - Crunchers Fruit & Almond Snack. Both are healthy and make me feel really good. I use the agave nectar as an alternative to using sugar in my tea because it is much better for you. I also find that when munching on these Sahale Crunchers, a little goes a long way. I have had this pack for almost a week now and it has been a great little snack here and there.
Alright, so those are all my current favorites :) I hope you enjoyed this post and don't think it's too weird to do a favorite post in the middle of the month.
Have a great weekend (and Easter to those who celebrate) <3
xx
