Sabon | Delicate Jasmine Body Scrub

Today I want to talk about one of my favorite exfoliant body scrubs. This is a Body Scrub from Sabon in the scent Delicate Jasmine. 

Key Ingredients
Dead Sea Salts | The waters of the Dead Sea have been renowned for their therapeutic effects since ancient times. It has many key elements to improving our overall health. Magnesium is important for combating stress, slowing skin aging, and calming the nervous system. Calcium increases circulation and strengthens your bones and nails. Potassium energizes the body and balances your skins moisture. It is a crucial mineral to replenish following an intense exercise. Bromides act to ease muscle stiffness and relax muscles.
Soybean Oil | Soy-based skin care products can even out skin tone and can correct pigmentation brought about by hormonal changes and damaging sun exposure. It can also help moisturize the collagen below the skin surface and it can smooth out fine lines thus preventing premature aging.  
Sweet Almond Oil | This oil when applied to the skin is rich in vitamins and minerals. It relieves physical stress and muscle pain, is easily absorbed as a moisturizer thus smoothing and softening the skin, reduces scarring on the skin, improves the complexion, and is great for stretch marks. 
Macadamia Oil | This oil absorbs well into the skin and infuses you with moisture. It firms your skin and helps you maintain a youthful glow. The amount of palmitoleic acid that naturally occurs in your skin decreases as you age but by using macadamia oil, you restore your skin's palmitoleic acid levels and decrease your skin's rate of deterioration while discouraging wrinkle formation.

Delicate Jasmine Body Scrub not only smells absolutely beautiful, but it is so luxurious and beneficial for your skin and health.

 I bought this for my mom for Mother's Day as part of a gift set from the Sabon in NYC that I go to (in Soho). I tried it out when I came home in a bath and it felt AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who feels their skin needs a rejuvenating boost of love. Sabon has a wide range of products in a variety of delicious scents.

      Oooh that sounds so nice! We need more Soap & Glory here. I want to try their Smoothie Star Deep Moisture Body Milk but I am pretty sure its not in the US :( Oh the tears!

My little sister Mary, who is almost 13, makes headbands, bows, and clips for her hair out of cut material from old shirts and cheap fake flowers from the store... and they are amazing !! Recipe | Watermelon Rice Krispies

June is here which means SUMMER HAS FINALLY ARRIVED! I can't wait to make fun summer inspired recipes for the next two months before I leave for England. I will share as much as I can with you and hopefully inspire you to try these out as well. Monthly Favorites | August

SO, after over a week of not having my laptop to be able to blog on, I finally have it returned and fixed! I am so relieved and now without further ado, here are all of monthly favorites from August, starting with the beauty products and a book: - Philosophy's Purity Facial Cleanser is amazing! I used it for about three weeks with the Clarisonic and now that I am at college again (without my mother's Clarisonic), I have been using it just by itself.
