Hello! So first of all, this is not a sponsored ad or anything like that. 
I just wanted to talk about the three products I have from Søciety6, an online medium that sells the artwork of hundreds of thousands of artists from around the world in the form of merchandise. Søciety6 uses the highest quality materials and ships it to the purchaser on behalf of the artist.

My iPhone 4 case is:
I am convinced this case is made of steel. It held up so much potential destruction from the amount of times I had dropped it. It is a very sturdy case and I love the design. I still use this phone as my iPod, but because of water damage, the middle button and LED light are broken, so I got a new phone with my update. 

My current iPhone 5s case is:
This is my current phone case and I am OBSESSED. I watched the Wes Anderson film The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou over winter break and really loved it. I thought getting this case would be quirky and fun! I have gotten a lot of compliments recently about how cool it is since its a painting made into a case. 

 My 15" Macbook Pro laptop skin is:
This was the first product I actually bought from Søciety6 three years ago and I was so happy and still am. The only down side is that one edge peeled a tiny bit, but not enough to really notice. I recommend if you are going to get one, get one you absolutely love because you don't want to get sick of the pattern since it's a sticker. It does say that it can come off easily; however I don't know because I never have tried.

Hello there!  So lately I have become addicted to Pinterest (again). As I am preparing to go back to school, I have been feeling really inspired to try out some DIY projects for my dorm! 1) This first DIY is to spruce up a regular old spiral notebook and make it awesome.  I got the idea from a pin of Melisa from  Pie 'N' The Sky 's triangle love notebook. When I saw it, I immediately thought, I can do that - I should give it a whirl! All you need is... - a notebook (mine had a plain black cover and was $1 from Target) - glue (I used Rubber Cement but a glue stick would work perfectly fine as well) - scissors - photos / magazine clippings / cardboard ** - Mod Podge and a brush  ** I used snippings from National Geographic, Vogue, and Seventeen, as well as construction paper to write lyrics from my fav song. I also took my 'Mylo Xyloto' Coldplay album and cut a pattern from the insert in the CD with photos of them playing at concerts.  N

Recipe | Watermelon Rice Krispies

June is here which means SUMMER HAS FINALLY ARRIVED! I can't wait to make fun summer inspired recipes for the next two months before I leave for England. I will share as much as I can with you and hopefully inspire you to try these out as well. My little sister and I saw Ingrid from MissGlamorazzi do these awesome watermelon inspired Rice Krispie treats in one of her most recent videos and we immediately knew we had to make them! She made a very healthy version but we knew our brothers and our dad would want to eat these so we went old school and used the traditional marshmallows and butter routine :) Ingrid always posts really yummy and exciting recipes that I definitely want to try. Flower Love

My little sister Mary, who is almost 13, makes headbands, bows, and clips for her hair out of cut material from old shirts and cheap fake flowers from the store... and they are amazing !! She is already a beauty/fashion guru in the making. I feel so inspired by her to be more creative with styling my hair, while saving a bit of money :) So here are some photos of her clips and headbands: Flower Love was inspired by a photo we saw on Pinterest*. She immediately wanted to recreate the look with a fishtail braid when we saw it because she just bought some daisies that looked quite similar. Here's me casually sitting in some grass modeling her work... (Secret: I was actually wearing boxer shorts underneath this dress and a car filled with attractive guys  drove by... I was kind of maybe a bit mortified because when standing you could definitely see the boxers. Needless to say, we ran and hid).
